AA Battery Holder for 6 volts

This is a custom battery holder designed to deliver 6 volts by linking four AA batteries in series. Post-Printing Assembly I used ABS plastic for this project. Two parts are glued together to form one cohesive piece, ensuring alignment and stability. A tab on each section guarantees that the polarity is properly aligned. Three thin brass bars, measuring 1/4"x1-5/8" x 0.016", serve as connectors between the batteries. These bars slide into slots at the ends of the battery holder and are then bent to form secure contacts for the batteries. Two small brass bolts (#4-40 x 3/8") function as terminals, allowing wires to be easily connected with nuts or soldered in place. The polarity of the batteries is clearly marked on the ends of the holder.
