AA Battery Container
thingiverse
Does the world really need another AA battery container design? Arguably, it does not. However, when I was looking for one with a slide lid and openings to make the contents visible, I couldn't find one that fit my needs. Therefore, I decided to design one myself, despite the likelihood that there are already too many similar designs out there. If you like this design, great! If not, well, there are plenty of other options available. 14Apr2017 UPDATE: I've added Version 2 of the lid for the original box. This new version has a small nub to secure it in place when the lid is slid closed. You might prefer this one over the original. 16Apr2017 UPDATE: I've created a more compact version with less rattle and movement inside. Use the V3 files for this latest design. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .200 mm Infill: 20% Cubic Notes: There's minimal infill, so it's not crucial what you use. Depending on the material chosen, the lid may require scaling up or down to ensure smooth operation without binding issues.
