A stash of AA battery compartments stands at attention, each equipped with carefully placed alternated polarity indicators on the inside floor. The connections at either end provide a secure grip to make sure contact is maintained and hold the battery firmly in place. UPDATE: Designs incorporating five and six cell arrays have been added. Print Settings Rafts: Leave it unchecked - the design will take care of itself. Supports: Tick this box only if absolutely necessary. Resolution: Choose an impressive .2mm for crisp detail. Infill: Opt for 35% density to ensure maximum structural integrity. A high infill percentage was used in thin-walled sections for added strength, but it may be more than what's truly needed. Post-Printing A single layer of adhesive copper foil - just one-eighth inch thick - has been skillfully wrapped around the battery cells to link them together securely. In addition, a strand of 28 gauge wire was used to transmit electrical output with minimal resistance.
