AA Battery Box

I haven't seen this type of AA box so I thought I'd share it with you. These were specifically designed for Uxcell 14x9mm (9x9 with tab) and 24x11mm spring plates. The plates fit snugly into a channel, requiring a gentle tap to secure them in place using a screwdriver as a makeshift hammer. Before installing, I highly recommend verifying the plate polarity to avoid any complications down the line, as removal can be quite challenging once they're in place. Furthermore, it's essential to solder the wires on the single plates before installation, as excessive heat from the box could cause damage or even melting. Surprisingly, I was able to achieve a solid solder joint despite the absence of a hole on the tab. The length of this AA box measures 62mm and can be shortened to 60mm, although it's essential to note that shortening it may put additional strain on the box itself. To produce these boxes, I employed PETG filament at a 40% infill setting, which yielded surprisingly robust results that appear capable of withstanding significant stress. I created boxes accommodating 1,2,3,4, and 6 batteries, and I'm confident that alternative sizes can be easily replicated.
