AA Battery
thingiverse
To resolve an issue with my Rotobooth's Canon 430ex flash needing new AA batteries every 200 photos, I crafted two fake batteries using a wooden dowel. The voltage required was 6VDC from four 1.5V batteries. To power the flash, I connected a bench power supply and measured the current draw for optimal charging speed. However, be cautious about high current usage and ensure proper attachment of leads with screws on either side; glue copper mesh to enhance conductor surface area.
