Take a look and see which one suits your needs. You'll find many variations of this model, so hopefully, you'll discover the perfect fit for you. One thing to note is that the orientation might be off by 90 degrees - I'm not sure why, but my software sets the top as front instead of top. The cap and base are identical except for a small difference: the text caption on the corner. This caption should point towards the battery's correct orientation, indicating if it's fully charged or drained when placed in an opposite direction. Batteries can be stored either in the base or the cap, depending on your preference - or you can use both to completely conceal them. To keep the cap securely in place, try using a zip-tie, string, or rubber band. To make printing easier, I've given the label text a 45-degree slope.
