Added additional versions; now includes battery holders for AA, AAA, C and 18650 cells (all printed and tested but the 18650 so far). There's a design out there that perfectly matches this one for 18650 - couldn't find anything similar for AA batteries. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2847497 This design was created from scratch, with tolerances and a sliding mechanism set up to work seamlessly on the printer without needing cleaning or breaking free. Just add wires on each side and you're ready to go. Prints without support, using only 6g of material. The files also include an adapter from AAA to AA cells. Although there are many similar designs on thingiverse, I wanted to try another one. In the pictures, a joule thief is connected; it makes for a nice little night light that uses up flat batteries until they're really empty.
