I wanted to safeguard the Anet A8 Y belt tensioner's acrylic frame from the twisting motion of the adjustment screw. To achieve this, I designed a 12mm x 25mm plate with a 6mm solid cylinder, ideal for optimal performance at 8mm in size, to transfer compression from the adjustment screw directly onto the frame.
