Switch mounts are located below the power supply on clone A8 printers. The setup utilizes two existing holes within the power supply and leftover hardware from the kit. Measure your switch carefully and adjust the hole accordingly to ensure a secure fit. The switch is connected in line with the red power wire, allowing you to plug in the printer first before powering it up once voltages have stabilized. This approach reduces shock on the electronics during startup.
