A8 inductive sensor mount middle 12mm
thingiverse
This mount utilizes the space between the X carriage and X rails, placing the sensor as close to the hot end as feasible for extremely repeatable measurements. Caution: it may collide with your cooling nozzle. The available space accommodates a 12mm sensor but not an 18mm sensor. The project's hole diameter is set at 12mm, yet my printer prints it slightly smaller, allowing an 11.8mm sensor to fit snugly in place. Nuts cannot be used due to lack of space. Configuration.h for Marlin: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -20 #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 25 ... #define LEFT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 30 #define RIGHT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 215 #define FRONT_PROBE_BED_POSITION 25 #define BACK_PROBE_BED_POSITION 210 The probe positions are set for a 250x230 bed, so subtracting 15mm from X and 5mm from Y should yield suitable results.
