A8 Extruder Motor Mounts With or Without Fans Bowden

I bought an A8 wooden frame on eBay to replace my old ZoneStar P802QR2 frame, which had a lot of movement in it and used dual Bowden extruders. I created these top corners of the frame to mount the extruder motors (one for each side) and this is a set that comes with or without a 40mm fan mount. The fan mounts on top, but you'll need to provide your own fan guard. You'll also need longer M3 screws than what come with the extruder kits because of the plastic thickness. Additionally, you'll need two 22mmOD x 7mmH x 8mmID bearings to mount inside the caps for the 8mm threaded screw rods. The bearing holder is a bit tight, so I suggest scraping the inside with a sharp knife and the bearing will fit nicely. I also added an extended version of the lead screw bearing holder for 375 mm rods. You can glue the bearing mount into the hole if needed to make it flush on top. Keep in mind that not all A8 frames are the same thickness (this one is 5mm), so let me know if you need a remix to fit your frame. I used PLA because my extruder motors don't get too hot and I use cork separators on all my motors. I'm using the fan version to prevent any warping over time, but ABS works without the fan if your motors get hot or if you enclose the printer. The M3 fan screws shouldn't need a nut - just be careful not to overtighten.
