A6000 Hot shoe Flash Positioner

The original design suits a minimalist approach, but it didn't quite secure itself firmly enough to the hot shoe. To improve this, I modified the design by increasing its footprint so that it grips the hot shoe more tightly without shifting around. Additionally, I adjusted the setup to position the flash at a steeper angle. After printing, the part fits snugly, but some light sanding is necessary to get a perfect fit with just the right amount of grip. Given this, I highly recommend using ABS or PETG for printing, as they yield a tight, precise fit that can be easily sanded down to perfection. While PLA will still work adequately, its surface doesn't respond well to sanding and tends to leave behind rough patches.
