This is an upgraded design for the X-axis belt tensioner. I reworked it to make calibration easier on both the X-axis and Z-axis. The strain on Z-axis smooth rods and bearings has been alleviated. The lead screws now remain straight, no longer wobbling as before. Instructions: Mount the rod caps adjacent to the X-axis where the motor resides. (see image 3) Open the enclosure located to the right of the X-axis and remove the acrylic component centered within the box. (see image 4) Install this updated version. Adjust the spacing between the X-axis rods and Z-axis rods by turning the screws. Once you've done that, tighten the X-axis belt. Good printing!
