This is a custom enclosure for an Anet A6 that snugly fits: * MKS Gen v1.4 (https://amzn.to/2Qqir47) * Mosfet (https://amzn.to/2EblQfB) * Raspberry Pi 3 (https://amzn.to/2E89QM5) * 3A Buck converter (https://amzn.to/2QLiGGi) I upgraded my A6 to a MKS Gen v1.4 as it was the simplest and most cost-effective way to upgrade the stepper drivers and get TMC2130 action. This layout allows everything to fit in one box while keeping connections relatively tidy. It fits the A6's frame, prints well, and is not too large to print on the A6 itself. In addition to the components listed, a left-angled USB cable (https://amzn.to/2rtbn7K) is required; ideally connecting the RPi through the I/O header would be best, but time constraints prevented this, and having the USB cable in place makes reflashing firmware easier without opening the enclosure. Airflow is good, but not exceptional. I've added versions of the lid to accommodate a 90mm or 40mm fan (Update: February 4, 2019). The holes next to the cable port allow threading in strands of filament or single-core wire for added cable rigidity. --- * affiliate links
