A5 Magazine Binder Clip

Here is a design for an A5 booklet or magazine binder clip - something similar to the Magi-Clip style, but which isn't otherwise available. A4s are readily available on Amazon, but not in A5 size.

The centre-punched holes are the standard 80mm apart for a ring file-binder and the clip's thickness is 2.0mm.

Designing the clip only took about half an hour or so in Fusion360 and the main reason for the design is to put my two Prusa manuals (i3 MK3S & MMU) into an A5 ring binder where I can also keep any future notes.

This one works fine in PLA - just printed & now using it (see photos).

Enjoy!

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3

Rafts:

Doesn't Matter

Supports:

Doesn't Matter

Resolution:

0.1mm Detail

Infill:

30%

Filament:

Generic PLA.
