I use a 6 ring binder for my work notes and have recently upgraded to a nice soft leather version. The downside is that it's a soft cover and doesn't offer any writing support when it's not laying flat on a hard surface. To solve this I designed up a quick hard sheet for the back of the binder (200mm, 148mm, 2mm) and ran it out on my Prusa. Took a bit over 4 hours to print using 4 shells top and bottom, 20% and .30. Works great, makes it much easier to write on off surfaces. I liked how it was more malleable without the sheet but I need to write more so....
