UPDATE 3/12/2016 I am uploading the files used to get the X-gantry Right side working for my build. There are three files - one is the final piece that worked for me, and the other two are component pieces used to create the final result. I employed Net-Fabb to cut the original model and MeshLab to re-align the two pieces. This process involved trial and error, but it eventually worked as expected. The original design included a pin on the bearing, which I utilized successfully for my setup. However, if users choose different parts, they will need to make necessary adjustments to accommodate their selections. 1/19/2016 Added LCD panel and mount along with mechanical z-probe and bracket to the build. These components were added through manual setup. Additionally, I switched to Repetier firmware, which greatly simplified the process of setting up the LCD panel and fine-tuning other settings in my build. I created a modified version that integrates various features from this platform and some custom designs. At present, I'm in the midst of refining my build, having already conducted calibrations and printed bridges as part of the process. The design incorporates numerous components from the Repetier community along with parts sourced from other creators like this person. How I Designed This My creation serves as a homogenization of multiple sources with some additional mods integrated to enhance the original design.
