Edit: New design added to optimize focus at 30mm as shown in the Neje wiki http://wiki.nejetool.com/doku.php?id=laser_module_406040w Air assist for the Neje A40640 laser coupled with a 12v 5015 fan. The direct outlet on the beam allows the fumes to diffuse without a trace and assist in cutting. I am very pleased with this design which allowed me to cut a 15mm chipboard panel!!! I added a plumbing gasket to limit air loss between the lens and the print. The fan power supply can be directly on the controller board power supply or on the M8 pin of the controller board.
