I came up with this jig specifically to streamline the process of cutting the corners off clear shields used on face shields, making it more accurate and faster. Simply place the corner you want to cut onto the piece with stops, then put the other piece on top, pulling the corner until it meets the square edge. Press down firmly on the inner curve and use your craft knife to cut around the radius. You may need to refine the holes so that they fit the pigs properly; I don't have time to create a new version right now, but I hope this helps speed up your production process.
