I've begun constructing my Homecockpit, starting with the Lightning Panel on the pilot side for testing purposes. I'm using a printed panel as a base, covering it with a commercial blank one devoid of switches or rotaries. The dimensions of the panels are remarkably close to those of the real thing, measuring 144.5 by 45mm and situated in the pedestal of my Homecockpit. If this initial setup proves successful, I'll proceed to create the other panels as well and share them here.
