If you can print fairly quickly, then it doesn't necessarily require supports for that small 1cm overhang. On the other hand, the cleanliness of the hole isn't crucial, so if you really need to, you could use supports anyway. For mounting the motor, use 3mm screws. The file comes with two variations: 1) With Cooling Vents 2) Without Cooling Vents Print the one without cooling vents if you want a faster print. Honestly, I'm not convinced they make much of a difference.
