I designed my own parts cooling duct because I couldn't find one that suited me. It fits snugly into the fan opening after I sanded down the corners or trimmed them with a razor knife until it slid in smoothly. To ream the 2mm holes in the duct, I used a 1.75 mm hex driver. When doing so, be aware of which holes and angle you're holding it at to avoid distorting airflow. Holes positioned at 45 degrees, horizontally or vertically are angled at 67.5 degrees. Those positioned between these locations are at a 45-degree angle. Version 1.2 notes that the holes are at a 67.5 degree angle. Version 1.3 clarifies that they are at both a 67.5 and a 45-degree angle. I printed this duct at a layer height of .16. I recommend using eight layers on top and bottom for best results. This design may fit other printers as well. If you like it and it works for you, let me know by posting a make. Thank you!
