My nozzle is now positioned higher than it was originally intended to be. To address this issue, I designed a new version with a shorter length from the screw to the bottom, reduced by 2.5 millimeters. As you can see, I made some modifications to the left and right sides of the hotend cage by cutting off a small portion. This change was necessary due to printing difficulties encountered with the original round design. To resolve these issues, I decided to create an angular design featuring minimal overhangs and shorter bridges. This new design helps to alleviate printing problems associated with the round shape. I utilized one nut positioned between the holder and fan to make adjustments easier. Additionally, a small piece of filament was employed to trim the angles of the fan duct, as the hotend cage's angles were not extremely precise. The fan duct would otherwise bend downwards if not preloaded via the fan screw.
