A10 sensorless homing X/Y-axis bumper
thingiverse
Here is my X/Y-axis bumper system for my Geeetech A10 with sensorless homing. I replaced the mainboard of my A10 and decided to use sensorless homing (with TMC2209 stepper drivers) instead of mechanical switches. So I needed to replace the X/Y micro switch end-stops with a bumper. Both bumpers consist of two parts: One none flexible (PETG) part and a part made of TPU. The TPU parts are secured by a m3 20mm countersunk head screw (ISO 2009) and a M3 nut (DIN934 od 439). The parts can be mounted to the printer by using the original screws. The non flexible parts are printed with 50% infill, the TPU parts with 30%. Only the non flexible part of the Y-axis-bumper needs some support.
