If you want to mount it in the top of the frontpanel like me, you need to use this file, as the front panel skeleton will be in the way. In order to get the fans to be where I mounted mine, I needed to mount the front cover first, on the chassis, and mount the fans in there afterwards. -Because the frontpanel ‘slides’ in place. These files are made for the NF-A4x10 PWM fans. Use the screws that came with the fans. 
The black screws I used to mount it is: Buttonhead bolt DIN 7380 black M4x20mm.
