These are my treasured pots, showcasing my questionable art skills despite their clever design which incorporates a built-in water reservoir for effortless watering or allows excess water to evaporate naturally. To ensure your pots remain watertight, I recommend using wood glue with impressive results that have worked perfectly for me. For successful planting, start by creating a drainage layer at the very bottom of each pot using small pebbles or rocks. I prefer tiny, lightweight rocks that can absorb excess water while allowing air to circulate. Once you've established the drainage layer, cover it with a thin layer of dirt without compressing it – and you're ready to proceed with the rest of your planting process.
