A Undead Pirate Riding A Sharrrrrk!!

My entry to the Sketchfab low poly Halloween Challenge 2019. I aimed to create something spooky yet avoid the first things that come to mind when thinking of Halloween. Almost instantly, an undead pirate caught my attention - probably due to my recent deep dive into Alestorm's discography (their first album remains the best). However, a lone undead pirate seemed too mundane... Perhaps a shipwrecked pirate floating on a treasure chest was also too unoriginal. A pirate riding a shark sounded like more fun. With only half a week to create before the Challenge deadline, I knew my previous work had taken far too long. And if time zones are correct, I should make it just in time. I built this model almost entirely in Blender, making only minor adjustments to textures in Photoshop.
