A-Type bowden X carriage for 3dp02 Prusa Mendel

UPDATE!!! I've re-uploaded sides with minor tweaks but a significant impact. Refining radius on some holes and subtly expanding the gap between the belt has been done. Now, final testing is underway on the printer. This design aims to minimize tilt's influence on printing, achieving an almost perfect plane for the tip compared to the bars. Another advantage of this design is its modularity; it can be adapted for as many hot-ends as needed, always in a serial configuration. A notable aspect of this design is that only one screw is required at each end to bite onto the belt. I've flagged this design as work-in-progress until I resolve layer fan issues and explore improvements through an integrated belt tensioner. For the hot-end fan duct, use the model available on Thingiverse (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:222873) - it can be installed or removed without disassembling the carriage. Instructions: - The center section includes holes for M5 nuts, - A successful print in PLA resulted from finally using this material instead of ABS; much better results were achieved. - To print side sections, you'll need to use support materials for fitting screw holes.
