Print this mold with TPU or other plexible pilament. Print support part with PLA or ABS. Use some rubricant on the sufaces of mold for easy removal. (I use some vaseline and it was good ;) Assemble mold and pour concrete and tap it. Cure it for 1~2 days and remove the mold. This mold is designed for easy removal ;)
