GoalInstead of trying to make things compatible with the original product, I went with something easy to print (almost no supports) and easy to just press together. PrintingI used PETG with a 0.4 nozzle and 0.2 layer heights. Bigger options might be a problem as the tolerances between the peg and hole are tight (but a little sanding or knife work would probably compensate for it).You'll want to have supports under the peg of the extension and handle (see photo). No supports are necessary for the base (what holds the duster).Depending on how “vigorous” you are when dusting, you might want to increase (double?) the perimeter count or infill.
