To create an alternative spool holder, print two spool hubs and attach them to a 5/16" carriage bolt on the top. Start by placing a 608 bearing followed by a hub onto the bolt, then add a filament spool with the flush side down. Next, put on the second spool hub, another bearing, and secure the assembly with a nut, ensuring the bearing is preloaded for stability.
