Cut both files once and extrude a PVC tube with an outer diameter of thirty millimeters in length two hundred ninety-five millimeters. The tube serves as a shaft. To install the holder on a wall, simply screw a bolt up to five millimeters in head diameter up to nine millimeters. Alternatively, use double-sided adhesive tape for mounting.
