I came up with the idea years ago with my coworkers for a metal gadget that's basically a plasma-burnt reminder to get things done on time. When someone says they'll do something "when I get around to it," we'd hand them this item and say, "Now you have one, get it done." It was a funny way to motivate people 25 years ago, and now I've decided to make a printable version for anyone who wants to use it.
