Hey there, folks! This is a super adorable young fawn chilling in a relaxed pose. I built it using 123D Catch and got my hands dirty modeling it from a plaster statue inspired by Disney's iconic film character. As of 16/Feb/2015, I bumped up the stock size of this cutie to give it some extra presence, plus gave its details a thorough cleanup. Here's the lowdown: Hey there, buddies! So here's the thing - I used good old 3D Catch's standard scanning procedure to capture our original deer friend. Now one cool trick we employed was adding those visual cues around the model to give 3D Catch something to work with, and man did it pay off! We also tried rolling out a rotary platform for this job, but it turned out 3D Catch uses that sweet tech inside your phone, like the accelerometer, to get all spatial about things.
