a Pond or Pool Skimmer

First things first, it's probably more suitable for a pond than a pool :). Although I designed this pool skimmer primarily with my own needs in mind, I'm happy to share it with you. Maybe someone can use it as the foundation for their own project or modify it to fit their specific plans. I use it exclusively for keeping my dog's pool water surface clean and it works incredibly well. Its main function is to capture coarse debris like bugs or grass. To prevent the pump from drawing air, I added a small pusher on the side that controls the water flow. The finer particles will be filtered out by a filter I also created, which was a welcome change - no more frequent purchases! A link to this project will follow soon.
