The resin used for 3D printing can be hazardous to one's health. A printer's fan vent is typically located in its workspace, prompting me to create a box containing activated carbon to absorb toxic substances. This upload consists of three essential components. Part 1 serves as the base of the filter box and needs to be placed on top of the fan. Parts 2 and 3 must be combined to form a container for activated carbon. A small amount of glue may be necessary to secure Parts 2 and 3 in place. I recently purchased a bag of activated carbon pellets, which requires me to attach an air filter to the bottom of the container to prevent any leakage of these pellets. Please note that even with this improvement, it is still crucial to maintain good ventilation in your workspace.
