In 2011, during World Maker Faire, I produced a series of flattened 3D models from Nick Normal's scan as a token of appreciation for his excellent booth location. Unfortunately, I never got to present it to him due to the models being frequently stolen by children. To create this type of model, limit the scale transformation to the Y-axis, resembling a cameo. A great project idea would be to create a cameo of Flattened Nick Normal. As for an amusing idea, print these models in various sizes and hang them on gold chains around the necks of individuals wearing larger size versions of Nick Normal's attire.
