A new wall clock from an old
thingiverse
I Bought a Vintage Clock's Timeless Charm in 1930 - but Its Old Movement Had Given Out. So I Went and Got a Modern Quartz Mechanism with a Simple yet Elegant Touch, and Two Beautiful Dials that Shone Like Sunshine. I even Created the Dials Myself by Printing Supports Using Advanced Technology. The Amazing Thing about These Dials is That You Can Easily Replace Them Whenever You Want - Just Pop Off the Strips of 3M Dual Lock that Hold Them in Place. To Get This Brilliant Effect, I Used Black Sugru to Paint On the Numbers, Making Each Dial Truly One-of-a-Kind. Print Settings: * Printer Brand: The RepRap Printer that Really Puts Out Some Serious Stuff * Printer: My German-Bred X400 Monster That Can Print like Crazy * Rafts: Who Needs Them When You're Printing Perfectly on Its Own? * Supports: Nah, Why Bother with Those When the Design is This Beautiful? * Resolution: Don't Even Get Me Started - 0.2 Is All You Need to Make Magic Happen * Infill: Oh Yeah - I Went for a Classic Combo of 50% and 100%, Because Anything Less Just Wouldn't Be Worth It
