A Mold to Cast Silicone Fingertips for Phoenix Hand V2
grabcad
If you are like me and couldn't find these beautiful "Lee Tippi gel fingertips", this mold will help to cast silicon fingertips for your hand because it would be pretty slippery without those elastomers to grab anything. I am going to upload both STL and STP files, in case you want to modify it, there are a few bumps that hold the finger in place to prevent wiggle inside, my printer was not precise (I made it myself) so if they were smaller it couldn't print them. If yours is capable of printing them I recommend making them smaller to look better-The holes are 3.5mm, but 3mm screws and nuts would be fine-The thickness of silicon fingertips are 2mm, I did a 1mm too, but it was thin, and in long-term use, it is not going to last-you can scale it based on Phoenix Hand v2 for your handI know this is not the most beautiful design ever! but I hope this is going to help. I wish I had catparts because changing stl to surface then working on it to make a catpart is not going to be efficient
