I'm guilty as charged - I'm already knee-deep in Christmas design work before Halloween has even arrived. You see, a Mini Merry Marblevator Christmas Tree is basically a scaled-down version of this awesome project on Thingiverse: "http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:598343". It takes just four printable parts to get it up and running: the Track.stl, Auger.stl, Cap.stl, and Star.stl files - with more parts on the way if you want to add some ornaments. I designed this little guy using Sketchup Make 2016, sliced it up with Cura, and then printed it out on my trusty Ultimaker 2 Extended. Now, let's talk about the prototype testing - I'm talking variable speed tests, angel top speed tests... you name it!
