A lab probe

Create a basic lab probe with just two additional items - a spring and a paperclip! In electronics, it's often necessary to hold components while measuring. This DIY project provides a simple solution. The probe consists of three parts: the mantle, shield, and lid. After printing, follow these steps: 1) Straighten a paperclip, make a small loop on one end, and solder a cable close to it, allowing the cable to exit through the slit in the hat. 2) Secure the loop onto the fastening hole inside the hat. 3) Thread a spring from a pen over the paperclip. 4) Place the mantle over the shaft. 5) Push the paperclip through the hole in the shaft, allowing the spring to function. 6) Glue the hat to the mantle. 7) Press the sliding mantle down slightly and bend the end of the paperclip thread to create a loop. Your self-holding, retractable measuring probe is now complete! Good luck with your project.
