A Hungry Direwolf

A Hungry Direwolf

I crafted a wolf sculpture based solely on random reference images from Google. My first ever 3D printed model, it turned out pretty great! The primary reference image that helped me create the model was this one: http://www.indiedb.com/games/crusaders-quests/images/ravenous-black-wolf-concept. I even spoke with the creator of the concept art on DeviantArt afterwards and he gave his approval for my use, thinking it looked cool too! My Print Settings Supports: Yes Infill: 0% Notes: .2mm, rotated -75 degrees. Printed wolf on its back How I Designed This Model I used Blender's skin modifier to block out a base mesh and then turned on dyntopo to start sculpting the details. I rely on my Wacom Intuos for sculpting mode.
