To change its parameters, edit the included OpenSCAD source code to modify characteristics such as: The number of holes, their radius, the height of the first hole above the surface, overall thickness (which affects strength and weight), base length where it is attached to the surface, and how much of the base protrudes into or through the control surface. Edit a Hole in the Control Surface Cut a hole that fits snugly over the square section of the horn using your preferred glue. Make sure the line running through the centers of the holes goes through the hinge of the control surface for precise positioning. Once attached, the gusseted part should lay flat against the surface, helping to keep it at right angles to the control surface.
