Future urban planning of the Kwun Tong Central Business District should focus on creating an environment that prioritizes people's needs, allowing employees and locals to better manage their multiple roles by providing accessible support systems for families, childcare, education, and community activities. Other suggestions include constructing more public spaces and covered walkways that enable easy access to essential services within a short walking distance from offices and homes. In essence, the physical and economic accessibility between residential and commercial areas must be enhanced to facilitate a balanced lifestyle in the district.
