To change the pupil and iris colors, simply adjust the color ramp node in the iris material. You can also tweak the iris colors themselves. For the rest of the eye, head over to the sclera material to alter the veins' size, color, and white space around the iris. This model is compatible with both Eevee and Cycles render engines.
