A Futuristic Table Free 3D model

I'm going to recreate this 3D model from scratch. The original creation was done in Sketchup 8, and later converted into various other formats. My native format is .skp, and I have a 3ds Max 2016 scene with Vray 3.00 for rendering. Since I required an futuristic-style table for my Outpost 13 model, but couldn't find one that suited the theme of my existing project, I created my own futuristic table from scratch. The central smart screen monitor can be popped up and folded back into the table when not in use. It is controlled via a smart glass/touch screen tabletop, where each glass panel incorporates basic touch-screen technology and reverse-engineered Volcoreian Technology. Every symbol on the glass plate functions as an alternative to traditional buttons. Each must be touched in a specific sequence to activate and operate the smart monitor, working together as a sophisticated computer console that seems straightforward but can accomplish much more than it initially appears to do with the advanced capabilities of Volcorain Technology.
