I designed a 25mm die in Blender 2.82 specifically for printing without any additional support materials. The test print was done at a speed of 60mm/s, resulting in a somewhat imperfect bottom layer, but still quite acceptable overall - I'll be experimenting with different settings soon to improve the outcome. If you prefer to use supports instead, that's perfectly fine too.
