I created a customized version of this object: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:447958. I designed Letters for use as pawn markers, which are much easier to have many unique characters on a single map than standard tokens. This simplifies tracking damage and effects, making my job as DM a lot simpler because I can check my own notes without players seeing them all.
