A configurable drill holder

I've acquired a hold drill equipped with percussion capabilities, but I rarely require it for most tasks. This project repurposes the drill by configuring it for various uses at minimal material cost, simply locate a friend who has access to a lathe machine. I'm grateful to the individual who lent me their lathe for fabricating the components. In some cases, it may be feasible to utilize 1¾" pipe and 1 ½" pipe welded together, but in my case, I needed to employ a solid bar and hollow it out. The main project features three configurations to demonstrate how the brackets are utilized. However, under certain conditions, the drill should not be reversed against its output, as all screws are right-hand threaded. My intention is to integrate a tailstock into the design.
