Since texture maps aren't directly supported by these formats, look for the Textures.rar file included in this download. To make the most of it, create a new material and assign the Texture Maps to their respective shaders accordingly. Don't forget that light sources need to be manually added. One crucial tip: when attaching the GLOSSINESS Texture Map to a ROUGHNESS shader, invert the map for correct results. For optimal performance in real-time applications like Unreal or Unity, consider compressing the high-resolution texture maps (4096 x 4096) to 2K or even 1K resolution.
